Where to Stay

A hand-picked list of hotels near EPCOT, sorted by how you reach the park and priced low to high. Book whichever fits your style and budget, directly with the hotel.

A few things worth knowing before you book.

Both of our evenings are in the EPCOT area. Friday is inside EPCOT, and Sunday is on Disney's BoardWalk, a short walk or boat ride from the International Gateway. The closer you stay to that gate, the easier both nights are. The House of Mouse Expo itself is at the Wyndham, connected to Disney Springs, so a Disney Springs-area hotel puts you closest to the Expo.

Getting around is on your own for both evenings, by walk, Disney boat, Skyliner, or rideshare, so it is worth weighing how each hotel reaches both the EPCOT area and the Wyndham. Prices below are typical nightly ranges and move with the calendar, so check live rates for your dates. None of these are group-blocked, so you are free to book any hotel you like, or one not on this list.

Park admission for Friday is separate and not included in your event ticket. If you hold a Walt Disney World annual pass, you are set. Otherwise you will buy a one-day EPCOT ticket, which we will point you to.
